  1. Worrying can be helpful when it encourages you to take actions or solve problems, but most of the time, worrying won't change anything. With the anxiety problem that I have, what if is probably the most common question that hunts me down every time. I always think about the things I've done or said to other people at night. What if I could do better or what if I did something wrong and hurt other people's feelings. Sometimes it drives me crazy and takes result on me being too careful when interacting with other people. I know that worrying doesn't change anything, but sometimes I just can't help it.

    "What" and "If" are two words as non-threatening as words can be. But put them together side-by-side and they have the power to haunt you for the rest of your life: What if? What if? What if?
