  1. DAY 30: One thing you're excited for

    Wednesday, March 5, 2014

    DEFINITELY THE UPCOMING SEMESTER!

I don't know why I'm the only who's feeling extremely excited about the new semester. This is even more exciting than new year! I'm done with this holiday and I want to go back to BSD and I'm ready to learn new things! The last semester was not fun, such a downfall for me and I'm looking forward to better things that will happen in the next semester, I just know it, I'm going to have a blast. I'm going to work hard, play (less) hard, be more positive and prepare myself for (hopefully, fingers crossed) the upcoming summer/fall AIESEC trip.

    Other things I'm excited for:
    1. GAME OF THRONES SEASON 4! (April 6)
    2. Taylor Swift Red concert in Jakarta (June 4)
    3. Seeing my boyfriend on friday :)

This is my last post for the 30 days blog challenge! It's been fun to write about new topics and fun random lists. I'm looking forward to do more blog challenge and write more. Thankyou to those who have been reading my blog, prepare for more posts coming up, because you know for sure, this is definitely not a goodbye ;)

"Don't you long for something different to happen, something so exciting and new it carries you along with it like a great tide, something that lets your life blaze and burn so the whole world can see it?"
    - Juliet Marillier

  2. 1. Abandoned theme parks. I love love love to search 'em up on google and see the haunting and eerie  imagoes of it. The creepier the better, maybe you should try it ;)

    2. Buzzfeed. The website I always go to whenever I'm bored. It's so random yet so cool.

    3. Folk music. I don't think it's weird to like folk music, but it's very uncommon among people in Indonesia. No one listen to Mumford & Sons, like literally no one :(

    4. Sore feeling after work out. I know it doesn't always mean that you're doing your workout right or something, but it makes me want to do more workout on the next day.

    5. Smelling my books. This is something that is so irreplaceable, nothing can ever beat the goodness of how books smells. The main reason why I don't really like to read e-book. Different materials give different smells and my favourite is those books with ivory papers :)

Btw, I found this on Tumblr and I think it's worth sharing :)

"I think everybody's weird. We should all celebrate our individuality and not be embarrassed or ashamed of it."
    - Johnny Depp

  3. I love travelling so much and to visit different places would be a dream come true for me :) I've been dreaming about living together with my boyfriend in the UK, maybe in London. Enjoying the old & historical part of the city and to walk our dog in the park (you obviously can tell I watch too much vlogs by Essie Button hihi). We always love the idea of living abroad, esp in a country with better scenery and of course 4 seasons :)

And some place I want to visit:
    1. Greece
    2. Paris, France
    3. Raja Ampat, Papua
    4. Korea
    5. Barcelona, Spain

"I travel not to go anywhere, but to go. I travel for travel's sake. The great affair is to move."
    - Robert Louis Stevenson

  4. DAY 27: A quote you try to live by

    Sunday, March 2, 2014

    "No pressure, no diamonds" -
    Thomas Carlyle

Do you know how diamonds are made? Most natural diamonds are formed at high temperature and pressure at depths of 140 to 190 kilometres in the Earth's mantle. Diamonds are formed from a carbon under extreme pressure, without the pressure, it would just be carbon in a lesser form such as graphite. In human terms, putting people under pressure sometimes makes them produce their best work and brings out their best qualities. We may suffer from our trials and go through tough times, but it's the process of being a better individual, with better skills, knowledge, and experience. Without pressure and problems, I will not be the person that I am now. Our trials make better people of us. It's not there for nothing. We just need to see the positive side of it and try to not just survive, but to also live and embrace the moment.

    *Personal updates:
